Step 1: Guide the initial sand flow into the main loop structure.
Draw a diagonal line from the sand source (top-left) downwards and to the right, aiming for the entrance of the loop.
Sand begins to flow along the drawn line and enters the loop's opening.
Step 2: Ensure sand travels through the entire loop path.
Draw a short horizontal line across the gap at the bottom-right section of the loop.
Sand continues flowing around the inside of the loop path, rather than falling out of the gap.
Step 3: Fill the left container to a sufficient level.
Allow sand exiting the loop to fall naturally into the left container. Wait until it is approximately two-thirds full.
The left container begins to fill, reaching a visible level of completion.
Step 4: Redirect the remaining sand to fill the right container.
Draw a diagonal line starting from the loop's exit point (bottom-left) and angling downwards and to the right, creating a path directly into the right container. This line should be drawn *after* the left container has received enough sand.
The sand flow diverts from its previous path, flows along the new line, and begins to enter the right container.
